I was planning on driving my car from CA to FL, and after taking some time to think about it, I decided on hiring HS Logistics to get it done for me!

About 5 minutes after making my deposit, Mike Johns had given me a very detailed explanation about how the process works, and answered all of the questions I had. I had a driver assigned to my order within that same day, and pickup was all set for the very next day!

The driver was super cool, and had two decades worth of experience in SM Transports. Got my car to me safe and on time! took less then 5 days from pickup to drop-off! lightning fast, and SUPER competitive for price.

I was so skeptical about using a auto transport company, as I drive a very expensive Mercedes, but they killed it!! 5 stars!

Had a really good experience with HS Logistics!

I needed to ship my 2017 Honda Accord ASAP from LA to Dallas & received quotes over $2700. I found SM Transports website via Google & submitted a request for a quote. Mike called me back with an hour & reviewed the different options available to me. Not only was he polite & knowledgeable, he was able to get my car picked up within 48hrs when other companies told me they needed at least 7 days.

The communication from pick up to drop off was seamless & efficient. My car arrived exactly when he said it would. Plus the price was a lot lower than what other companies quoted. I’d definitely recommend & use this company again.

Excellent Experience with James and this company. Got my truck shipped over from Pheonix to Los Angeles and I wanted it as soon as possible. James was able to accommodate my request when no others were able to. I had called several companies prior and they all were promising delivery days later. The truck driver (Luis) was also very professional and was able to get my truck to me the next day. Overall an excellent experience. I will definitely use them again in the future.

What a great car transport service we received. From the very 1st day I spoke with Kelvin right up until Doster picked up my car in Henderson NV and delivered it to Talladega Alabama the process was a breeze. Our car was supposed to have been transported by HS Logistics, from Long Beach California to “Tampa” Florida, but had a very difficult time dispatching a driver due to the high rising gas prices. After a few weeks of trying, I ended up canceling my request and had to retrieve our car myself. About a week after contacting SM Transports, I was finally contacted by an HS Logistics representative and was able to receive a full refund of my deposit as well as a discount to be used in the future if needed. I would definitely consider using this shipping company again.
